The Andrews County CSCD is providing information on offenders supervised by the department; other sex offenders required to register that are not under the supervision of the department may reside in Andrews County. The Andrews County CSCD cannot guarantee the records you obtain through this site relate to the person about whom you are seeking information. Searches based on names, dates of birth or other alphanumerical identifiers are not always accurate. The only way to positively link someone to a sex offender record is through fingerprint verification. The information provided through this Web site is open record.
