Services
- Andrews county CSCD provides supervision, sanctions and services for criminal offenders beginning at age 17. The department supervises approximately 425 offenders for felony and misdemeanor offenses; the department also provides community service supervision for offenders from many other courts. The department is responsible for the collection and distribution of victim resitution. The CSCD also provides special services to the local courts such as pretrial diversions and presentence investigations. The CSCD is operated under the direct supervision of the 109th Judicial District Judge James L. Rex.
