Sex Offender Information Services

Website Caveats

The Andrews County CSCD has established this Web site as a public service in accordance with provisions of Sex Offender Registration law. This site is not the official internet source for Sex Offender Registration information; the official site is posted and maintained by the Texas Department of Public Safety. That site can be accessed at http://records.txdps.state.tx.us.
The Andrews County CSCD is providing information on offenders supervised by the department; other sex offenders required to register that are not under the supervision of the department may reside in Andrews County. The Andrews County CSCD cannot guarantee the records you obtain through this site relate to the person about whom you are seeking information. Searches based on names, dates of birth or other alphanumerical identifiers are not always accurate. The only way to positively link someone to a sex offender record is through fingerprint verification. The information provided through this Web site is open record. It may be used by anyone for any purpose. However, it is your responsibility to make sure the records you access through this site pertain to the person about whom you are seeking information. Extreme care should be exercised in using any information obtained from this Web site. Neither the Andrews County CSCD or the 109th Judicial District of Texas shall be responsible for any errors or omissions produced by secondary dissemination of this information. Changes in sex offender information should always be reported to the local law enforcement agency in which the sex offender is registered. The registering agency is listed in the specific sex offender registration information.
