Hear presentations from the following departments regarding the monthly reports of all fines imposed and collected, all judgements rendered and collected for the use of the County, and all jury fees collected in the months of October, November, pursuant to Local Government Code 114.044 and Texas Government Code 51.402

Discuss and consider appointing a Salary Grievance Committee to be comprised of the County Judge, County Sheriff, County Clerk, District Clerk, District Attorney, County Tax-Assessor Collector, four public members and one alternative chosen from the grand jurors of the previous term in compliance with Local Government Code 152.014.  
  4. Discuss and consider approving a Judge Pro-Tem for 2023. 
  5. Discuss and consider approving a date to tour and inspect county buildings and appoint a committee comprised of two Commissioners and two Representatives from the Andrews County Parks Department for the tour and inspection.

County Judge Request:

  1. Discuss and consider approving Mike Cook to continue serving as a Primary on the Domestic Preparedness Advisory Committee as a representative for the County of Andrews for a period of 2 years 2023-2024
9.

Human Resource Request:

  1.   Discuss and consider approving the renewal of the Annual maintenance agreement of PDS from 10/01/2022 to 09/30/2023 for Click Scan Software to be paid out of the IT Budget.
10.

County Auditor Request:

  1. Discuss and consider authorizing the County Auditor to seek bids for one Ford F250XL 4X4 Diesel Pickup Truck for the Andrews County Extension Agent to be paid out of Fund 005, General Fund.
11.

County Auditor Reports:

  1. Consider approving the various budget amendments for the 2021-2022 Budget Year under Local Government Code 111.010(d). 
  2. Consider approving the various budget amendments for the 2022-2023 Budget year under Local Government Code 111.010(d).
  3. Consider approving the payment of financial obligations and payroll for Andrews County and cancel all warrants.
