request from Nick Esqueda to host a girls fast pitch baseball tournament event at the Andrews County Sports Complex Baseball Field on March 6-7, 2021 and take action as necessary.

Discuss and consider

approving the applications for a two-year term effective, January 1, 2021 thru December 31, 2022 for the Andrews County Historical Committee for the following: Andrea Warnke, Jeneane Anderegg, Nathan Gray, Jessalynne Wells, Dana Bonham, Edward Saldivar, Brenda Loving, Christopher G. Tom, Lee Ann Ballew and Nancy Boren.

Discuss and consider

approving the 2021 Golf Tournament Calendar for the Andrews County Golf Course.

Approve

the minutes from the previous meeting of Commissioners' Court held January 19, 2021

Discuss and consider

approving the Screening Service Agreement with Simpliverified LLC for New Hire Background Screenings, Drug Testing Compliance, and DOT Clearinghouse Compliance.

Discuss and consider

postponing the advertisement/opening dates for the CTIF grant competitive contractor bids approved in Commissioners' Court on January 19, 2021 and take action as necessary.

Discuss and consider

approving the Cooperative Working Agreement between West Texas Opportunities, Inc and Andrews County Health Department to mutually work together in a united effort to better serve their clients with resources. 
15.

Discuss and consider

approving a Revised Quote, in the amount of $59,108.05 through Sourcewell Contract, Motus Space Solutions for the purchase and installation of a Roller Shelving High Density Mobile System for the County Clerk's office, previously approved by Commissioners' Court on January 19, 2021 for the amount of $40,121.49. To be paid from Fund 023, County Clerk's Record Management Fund. 
16.

Discuss and consider approving the County Auditor's Monthly Report to Commissioners' Court and District Judge as provided by Local Government Code Section 114.024 and 114.025 hereby identifed as the Red Book.

17.

Consider approving the various budget amendments for the 2020-2021 Budget year under Local Government Code 111.010(d).

18.

Consider approving the payment of financial obligations and payroll for Andrews County and cancel all warrants.

19.

Entertain a motion to adjourn.
