recommendations from Ralph Truszkowski with Maverick Engineering and Savanna Batson with Grantworks regarding awarding the Water Hauling contracts for the 2020 CTIF Grant Projects and take action as necessary.

Hear

recommendations from Ralph Truszkowski with Maverick Engineering and Savanna Batson with Grantworks regarding awarding the Dozer equipment contracts for the 2020 CTIF Grant Projects and take action as necessary.

Hear

recommendations from Ralph Truszkowski with Maverick Engineering and Savanna Batson with Grantworks regarding awarding the hauling equipment contracts for the 2020 CTIF Grant Projects and take action as necessary.

Hear

the presentation of and consider approving the Investment report for the fiscal quarter ending December 31, 2020 as presented by the Andrews County Investment Committee in accordance with the Public Funds Investment Act Chapter 2256 Texas Government Code.

Open the floor for public forum Public comments, announcements and presentations will be limited to a maximum of three (3) minutes, unless a member of the court requests additional time for the presenter.

Approve

the minutes from the previous meeting of Commissioners' Court held January 26, 2021. 
11.

Discuss and consider

approving the Hangar Lease Agreement between Andrews County and John Loyless for leasing Hangar C1 in the amount of $95.00 per month at the Andrews County Airport, effective February 2, 2021.
12.

Discuss and consider

approving the Hangar Lease Agreement between Andrews County and Tony Hatcher for leasing Hangar D1 in the amount of $115.00 per month at the Andrews County Airport, effective February 2, 2021.
13.

Discuss and consider

approving the Cooperative Working Agreement between West Texas Opportunities, Inc. and Andrews County Health Department to mutually work together in a united effort to better serve their clients using available resources. 
14.

Discuss and consider

employment hiring requirements for Andrews County Youth Recreation game officials and take action as necessary. 
15.

Consider approving the various budget amendments for the 2020-2021 Budget year under Local Government Code 111.010(d).

16.

Consider approving the payment of financial obligations and payroll for Andrews County and cancel all warrants.

17.

Entertain a motion to adjourn.
