approving the Right of Way Agreement between Andrews County and Elevation Resources LLC to construct, reconstruct, lay and maintain a 6" salt water disposal line by boring under SW 5900, Block 1, Section 17, University Lands Survey, Andrews County, Texas.

Discuss and consider

approving the Right of Way Agreement between Andrews County and Elevation Resources LLC to construct, reconstruct, lay and maintain a 12" water transfer line by boring under SW 5900, Block 1, Section 17, University Lands Survey, Andrews County, Texas. 
8.

Discuss and consider

issuing a Commissioners Court Order that grants an emergency budget amendment for Precinct 1 pursuant to Local Government Code 111.041.

Discuss and consider

approving to declare as salvage and to destroy from the County Clerk's Office: HP Laserjet Printer, Asset Tag No.8905; four (4) desk chairs, Asset Tag No. 0795, 5681,5682, and 5684; Tread Mill with Desk attached, previously transferred from the County Attorney's Office, Asset Tag No.8662, front metal counter, Asset Tag No. 0791; and back metal counter, Asset Tag No. 0812, Pursuant to Local Government Code 263.152(a)(3).

Discuss and consider

approving to transfer from the County Clerk's Office: two (2) filing cabinets, no asset tag numbers, and old commissioners' court chair (previously transferred from County Judge), Asset Tag No. 5011, to the Adult Probation Office; three (3) gray metal shelves, no asset tag numbers two (2) black chairs, no asset tag numbers, and one filing cabinet, Asset Tag No. 0787 to the Election Administrator; ten (10) filing cabinets, no asset tag numbers, to the Human Resource Department; mobile computer table, no asset tag number, to the Justice of the Peace Precinct 1; desk, no asset tag number, to the Library; and thirteen (13) gray metal shelves, no asset tag numbers, to the Parks Department from the County Clerk's Office, Pursuant to Local Government Code 263.152(a)(3).

Discuss and consider

approving to declare as salvage and the sale of rolling shelving units, Asset Tag No. 0469, 0470, and 0471, to the Jeff Davis County Clerk's Office for $2.00, Pursuant to Local Government Code 263.152(a)(1). Items will be picked up by Jeff Davis County personnel and proceeds from the sale will be remitted to the County Clerk's Record Management Fund.

Discuss and consider

approving to declare as salvage and the sale of rolling shelving units, Asset Tag No. 8389 and 8391 and one with no Asset Tag number, to the DeWitt County Clerk's Office for $2.00, Pursuant to Local Government Code 263.152(a)(1). Items will be picked up by DeWitt County personnel and proceeds from the sale will be remitted to the County Clerk's Record Management Fund.

Discuss and consider

approving to declare as salvage and the sale of rolling shelving units, Asset Tag No. 0466 and 0468 to the Castro County Clerk's Office for $2.00, Pursuant to Local Government Code 263.152(a)(1). Items will be picked up by Castro County personnel and proceeds from the sale will be remitted to the County Clerk's Record Management Fund.

Discuss and consider

approving Application and Certificate for Payment No. 4 in the amount of $211,342.89 from Pharr & Company for construction services at Legacy Park to be paid from Fund 47, Legacy Fund. 
15.

Discuss and consider

approving the full-time employment of Jeffrey Morgan for the position of a Jailer, pay grade 7, step 1 at rate of $19.50 an hour, effective February 9, 2021 for the Andrews County Sheriff's Office.

Discuss and consider

approving the full-time employment of Ernesto Macias for the position of a Jailer, pay grade 7, step 1 at rate of $19.50 an hour, effective February 9, 2021 for the Andrews County Sheriff's Office.
17.

Discuss and consider

approving a new Referee pay scale for Andrews County Recreation Center.
18.

Consider approving the various budget amendments for the 2020-2021 Budget year under Local Government Code 111.010(d).

19.

Consider approving the payment of financial obligations and payroll for Andrews County and cancel all warrants.

20.

Enter

into workshop to discuss Andrews County Parks, Fee Schedule and additional requirements and take action as necessary. 
21.

Entertain a motion to adjourn.
