the minutes from the previous meeting of Commissioners' Court held March 30, 2021.

Discuss and consider

approving the full-time employment of Patrick Rios for the position of a Licensed Deputy I, pay grade 9, step 1 at a rate of $20.50 an hour, effective April 6, 2021 for the Andrews County Sheriff's Office.

Discuss and consider

the full-time employment of Tinson Rasbury for the position of Assistant Auditor, pay grade 3, step 12 at a rate of $21.62 an hour, effective April 6, 2021 for the Andrews County Auditor's Office.

Discuss and consider

approving an Interlocal Agreement with Region 8 Education Service Center, referred to as TIPS-USA, as a buying cooperative source for Andrews County.

Discuss and consider

approving to declare as surplus to be sold the following items from Andrews County Precinct 2, pursuant to Local Government Code Chapter 263.152(a)(1): Asset Tag #8103 (2615 Legend 15ft Mower Bush Hog), No Asset Tag (Engine Lift), No Asset Tag (Champion Air Compressor), No Asset Tag # (Ford 943 3-Point Mower), and No Asset Tag # (Ford 941 3-Point Mower).

Discuss and consider

approving to declare as salvage to be destroyed the following item from the Andrews County Auditor's Office, pursuant to Local Government Code Chapter 263.152(a)(3): No Asset Tag # (Office Credenza Storage Cabinet with Hutch).
11.

Consider approving the various budget amendments for the 2020-2021 Budget year under Local Government Code 111.010(d).

12.

Consider approving the payment of financial obligations and payroll for Andrews County and cancel all warrants.

13.

Entertain a motion to adjourn.
