2022 Holiday Schedule
NOTE: April 22, 2022 - Due to technical difficulties there were no filing/recording in the Official Public Records. The Clerk's Office remained closed Friday, April 22 through April 27, 2022. We resumed regular business hours Thursday, April 28, 2022.
July 28 and July 29, 2022 - The Clerk's Office was unable to accept filing/recording in the Official Public Records and was limited to what could be provided concerning other services. The Clerk's Office has transitioned to a new Eagle Recorder Program, Eagle Recorder SaaS. This new program will provide additional services. Please continue to watch the Clerk's website page for changes and additions to help better serve you through our new Self Service applications. Thank you.

2021 Holidays
CLOSED - February 16-19, 2021 - The County Clerk's office and Courthouse were closed due to winter weather, power outage, and/or internet/server issues.
HOLIDAY HOURS FOR THE COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE - 2021:
Close at Noon on Wednesday, November 24th and Open on Monday, November 29th.
Close Thursday, December 9th for the County's Annual Christmas luncheon.
Close at Noon on Thursday, December 23rd and Open on Tuesday, December 28th.
Close Friday, December 31st.

2020 Holidays
Note: The County Clerk's Office and Courthouse was closed due to a winter storm on Wednesday, February 5, 2020.
Note: The County Clerk's Office will close Thursday, November 19, 2020 at noon for the Staff to meet necessary requirements for the State TxEVER program.

2019 Holidays
Note: The County Clerk's Office merged to a new Server on Thursday, March 21st. The office remained open but we were not able to file in any documents or issue any vital records.
Note: The County Clerk's Office was closed Tuesday, July 30th for training.
Note: The office was closed Monday, December 23rd at noon. The office reopened Thursday, December 26th - Merry Christmas!
