The Community Building is great for medium to large sized gatherings. The stage makes the building great for programs, meetings, or DJ's. The main ballroom is large enough to fit one jumper inside for birthday parties. The max capacity of this building is 200 people.
It comes equipped with:
- 29--8 foot long rectangular tables
- 197--white plastic chairs
- a fully functional kitchen (commercial stove, and refrigerator)
- large ice machine
- all cleaning supplies
- table paper cover
- small sound system
For an additional $50 this building has a separate club room perfect for a bridal room, or extra space to hang out for your guests.

Payments can be made over the phone by calling 432-524-1431 after reserving online, OR in person at the Parks Department office, 301 NE Mustang Dr., within three days of reserving online or the online reservation will be cancelled.**
